Day 1- Self-Care, it’s all about me
Thanks for joining me on my Self-Care journey.
My hope is that this can be a place where not only I can become the best me but where we can create a community of what I’d like to call, “Self Care Warriors”.
Here are ten small, simple self-care habits that anyone can get into:
- Go for a run or a light jog.
- Meditate or do deep breathing for five minutes.
- Take a nap if you need one, no matter when or where.
- Choose who you spend time with and avoid negative Nancys
- Laugh so hard you cry daily.
- Practice affirmations in the mirror
- Avoid eating fast food, especially in your bed
- Start a journal, preferably one with a little lock.
- Put a note next to your bed that says “I’ve got this”
- Live your best life
