Day 1- Self-Care, it’s all about me

Thanks for joining me on my Self-Care journey.  My hope is that this can be a place where not only I can become the best me but where we can create a community of what I’d like to call, “Self Care Warriors”.  Here are ten small, simple self-care habits that anyone can get into: Go for a run or a light jog . Meditate or do deep breathing for five minutes . Take a nap if you need one, no matter when or where. Choose who you spend time with and avoid negative Nancys Laugh so hard you cry daily. Practice affirmations in the mirror Avoid eating fast food, especially in your bed Start a journal, preferably one with a little lock.
